What you need to know
Doggy Day Care
Offered Monday – Friday only.
Our standard price is $20.00 per day for adult dog.
Our standard price is $30.00 per day for a puppy. Puppies must be at least 16 weeks old and have at least two rounds of vaccines.
Your dog will be checked in between 8:00 am - 12:00 pm and checked out between 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm.

Your pets food. Dry, canned, gourmet/raw, is allowed. Refrigerator and microwave are available. If food does not come in with your pet, we will provide it at an additional cost to you.

Vaccine records and contact information are required. If your pet has special needs please get this to us prior to check in.

Treats and a few toys are always a good idea to make them feel more at home. We will supply food and water bowls.

Any special bedding your pet requires.
We have fleece beds and blankets available for use and/or purchase.
Health Verification
We require that all pets have current annual vaccinations. Bordetella vaccine also known as “kennel cough” is required for dogs only. Please check with your vet if you are not sure your pet(s) are up to date. We require copies of vaccination records prior to your pets stay so that all information can be verified and loaded into our data base. Please scan and email to: kennelfest@gmail.com, or your vet can send them directly to us, or you can drop them off in person in advance. As the last option, you can come in early on the day of check-in so we can review, and verify. We will gladly make copies for our records. We will NOT accept handwritten notes of vaccinations and dates from pet owner.
For Dogs: DHPP, Bordetella, and Rabies. For Cats: FVRCP, FeLV, and Rabies.
Deposit and Cancellation
A $100.00 non-refundable deposit per kennel is required to reserve kennels for your pets’ stay during peak times and holidays. The balance of the stay will be collected at check-in. (This prevents a traffic jam of pets exiting all on the same day). Owners will be financially responsible for the entire time that was reserved for your pets’. There are no discounts or refunds for early departures, unless there is a pet or family emergency. Holiday or not, if a reservation exceeds 10 nights, a payment of 50% of the anticipated charges are due at time of check-in.
**Deposits are not refundable and not transferable to any future stays.**
Misc Fees and Additional Charges
Additional Charges may apply for services such as preparing special meals, administering medications, wound care, post-surgery care, hospice care, shampoos, creams, salves, sprays, and late check out.
Special Needs (cost depends on specific special needs such as blindness, mobility limitations, etc.)
Single night stays are determined at the time of booking.
We do provide extra special care for geriatric pets for an additional fee.

**We do not offer boarding services for pets that are diabetic and require insulin shots. Please refer to your vet for this type of medical attention and supervised boarding.
All pets to be checked in between 8:00am to 12:00pm. This allows our staff time to meet your pet, and allows your pet time to get settled in before the end of the day.
All pets to be checked out between 4:00pm to 6:00pm. This allows our staff time to clean and sanitize kennels, along with launder bedding, prior to our next guests’ arrival without having to stay late. Pets picked up after hours will be assessed additional fees depending on their actual departure time.
Pets from separate households (family members) will be required to reserve 2 (two) separate kennel rooms, as 24-hour supervision is not available, but will be given the opportunity to go to the play yards together. Rates will be priced as two separate kennels.
It will be at KennelFest’s discretion if two pets from two different family members can stay together, and if determined that both pets are compatible without issues in one kennel, a price break will be given.
The price to board your un-neutered males, females in heat while boarding, pregnant females, and aggressive dogs is $55.00 per night. In this condition, your pet will be separated for all activities their entire stay.
